Q: What is a preorder?
A preorder means you’re reserving an item before it’s officially produced or ready to ship. Production begins after preorder window closes, which is why shipping takes longer and estimated delivery dates are listed. Preorders help small shops cover production costs while guaranteeing your item is secured.
If a product doesn’t meet the minimum preorder numbers, it won’t go into production. Anyone who preordered that item will be fully refunded. For time-sensitive items (such as tour merch), you will be notified in advance about this issue.
Preorder periods also offer discounted pricing and include an exclusive preorder benefit item.

Q: Why do apparel and phone cases take longer?
Apparel and phone cases are made to order — meaning they’re only produced after your purchase. Because of this, delivery takes extra time. For these items, we recommend choosing USPS Ground Advantage at checkout. If you have a time constraint, please contact us so we can try to arrange a quicker delivery date for you.
Q: When will my preorder arrive?
Delivery dates vary, but preorder listings will always include an estimated arrival date. For tour-related items, we aim to have everything arrive before concert dates. Updates are regularly shared on Instagram (@kpop.incognito).
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship internationally to most countries. However, I do not ship to EU here, but my Etsy shop often has more options for EU/International buyers
Q: Can I return or exchange an item?
No returns or exchanges are accepted. Replacements will only be offered if:
The wrong item was sent, or
The product arrived damaged due to production issues.
Proof (unboxing video/photos) must be provided within 14 days of delivery.
